How The Paris Blog Uses Alloy
Conditional Stack For Different Views
Using the Alloy Conditional Stack means you can customise the blog page to look and feel different, depending if users are viewing the main page, the category page or a blog post.
Paris exploits the Conditional stack to it fullest by including three different views for each state: Main, category and post.
To view the different layouts simply click to view a post, the main page or a category.
Using the conditional stack you can remove or replace various elements on the page to focus attention on the man content.
Each view can be removed as you wish or adapted to suit.
The conditional stack is extremely powerful and allows you to fine-tune exactly how your blog looks and feels.
Topper Plus Stack
On the main blog post listing page, the page has the same header image as the rest of the site and each blog post has its own header image.
When you click into a blog post, the page header image is replaced with the blog post header, and the post title is displayed over it.
This adds a unique feel and professional look to each page.
